How do I download a free pattern?
After checking out, you will receive an email with your download. If you have trouble accessing it on your mobile device or your tablet, try saving it to your computer desktop.

Why did my shirt, mug, or hat not ship with my order?
Our apparel and mugs are print-on-demand products so that we can offer the widest variety of sizes possible.
This means that your shirt, hat, or mug will ship directly from our printing partner. Typically orders ship within 2-3 days.
Once your order has shipped you will receive an email with tracking information and estimated date of arrival.
Do you ship internationally?
Due to COVID restrictions, we currently have limited international shipping options.
We currently ship to addresses North America, South America, Europe, and Australia via United States Postal Service (USPS) First Class International and Priority Mail International.
Cost and shipping time are calculated by the carrier, but generally you can expect these First Class International Shipping cost/times:
Australia: starting at $18 USD, 11-20 days
Canada: starting at $14 USD, 11-20 days
UK: starting at $16 USD, 11-20 days
Please know that we regularly monitor shipping options to bring you the lowest costs and delivery times.
What shipping service do you use?
We use United States Postal Service (USPS) as our shipping provider and offer First Class and Priority Mail options. Postage costs are automatically calculated by USPS using discounted rates.
Please note that we ship from Atlanta, Georgia and First Class shipping takes 2-5 days and Priority Mail takes 1-3 days.
My order hasn't arrived! Help!
We know how frustrating this is, but we recognize delays can happen.
Please note that we, most commonly, ship USPS First Class Mail or First Class International and delivery times range from:
In the US: 2-5 days
International: 11-20 days
If your delivery time is outside of this window, check your email or login to your account to find your package tracking number. Your tracking number will give you updates, including by which post office it was last scanned or if it was delivered.

Can I make a return?
Unused products can be returned within 30-days of purchase for a full refund. Please email us at email@example.com to begin the return process. Please note that return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
