When Can I Expect My Order To Ship?
Unless told otherwise, all orders will be shipped within 1 business day.
How Do You Ship?
We use USPS as our shipping provider and offer First Class and Priority Mail options. If you need your order expedited, please email us at orders@billyandbaa.com.
Do You Ship Internationally?
We are currently ship to Canada via USPS First Class International post.
Shipping to Australia and other countries in the world have been temporarily put on hold. The Postal Service™ is "temporarily suspending international mail acceptance for certain destinations due to impacts related to the COVID-19 pandemic and other unrelated service disruptions."
Eek! My Order Hasn't Arrived...Help!

Can I Make a Return?
Unused products can be returned within 30-days of purchase for a full refund. Please email us at orders@billyandbaa.com to begin the return process. Note that return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
