Meet our Batik Oyster Shell Dish Collection, hand-crafted dishes that serve two purposes: 1) to hold your stitch markers in style and 2) become a conversation starter for the good of our planet.
Handmade in South Carolina from oyster shells washed up on the shorelines of Isle of Palms, each decoupaged shell features a 100% cotton batik fabric lining with subtle floral designs. The medium-sized shells measure approximately 3.5" x 1.5" and because of the organic nature of the shells, no two dishes are the same.
Our Batik Oyster Shell Dishes also give back: we donate 10% of every Batik Oyster Shell Dish sale to the Coalition to Restore Coastal Louisiana (CRCL), which is doing important work to construct oyster reefs and restore oyster fisheries. Find more ways you can help and other organizations doing this important work in this blog.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS: spot clean with a cloth dampened with water and air dry. Do not use chemical cleaners.
